PCR Optimization PCR Optimization: In our experience approximately ≤ 10% of samples fail PCR amplification on the 1st attempt. The most common cause of PCR failure is insufficient DNA concentration. By optimizing the concentration we can in most cases successfully amplify the DNA. If we are unable to amplify the DNA, there will be a total charge of $25 per sample.	$25

Gram Stain/Biochem/Coag. Gram stain/Biochem/Coagulase: required confirmatory tests for E. coli, Salmonella and S. aureus FAME matches.
